- Start at the Lake County Courthouse on Court Street in Painesville, OH. Head west on Court Street toward State Street (OH-20).
- Turn left (south) onto State Street (OH-20 West) and continue through downtown Painesville.
- Continue west on OH-20 (Mentor Avenue) passing through the city of Mentor. OH-20 becomes Mentor Avenue as you travel west.
- Pass landmarks including the Great Lakes Mall on your left and continue west on Mentor Avenue (OH-20).
- Continue west on Mentor Avenue past Tyler Boulevard and look for addresses in the 7500 block on your right (north side of the road).
- Your destination, 7511 Mentor Ave #9, Mentor, OH 44060, will be on your right. Look for the shopping plaza or building complex and turn into the entrance to find Suite #9.
- Park in the available parking lot and proceed to Unit/Suite #9 at 7511 Mentor Ave.
